As long as you have a working internet connection, we can assist you with our remote IT services.

With your permission, one of our expert technicians will connect remotely and securely to your computer and help fix all your issues as quickly as possible.

Book and pay online for Diagnostic 15 or Emergency remote support no scheduled booking requirements for emergency remote support. 

DMB Industries SA  uses  TeamViewer  and AnyDesk as our online tool which gives us the ability to control your computer remotely and assist you. 

You can view our session at all times and can disconnect at any time.

If you have a quick problem you need to get resolved, then book a 30-minute appointment. If you have multiple problems, then book a 60-minute appointment.

If you are unsure you can book a Diagnostic 15 which is a 15 minute session in order for us to do a assessment remotely, this way you can speak to our engineer and schedule your time accordingly without having to go back and forth.  The diagnostic 15 results will show you how much time a problem will take to resolve.
